Industrial DI Water System | KDI Series
The KDI series of pure water systems utilise ion exchange technology to produce pure or ultra-pure water. After undergoing coarse filtration, the feed water passes through ion exchange resin to remove impurity ions, followed by UV sterilisation, ultimately producing pure water.

Process Flow
Raw water tank → Activated carbon tank → Filter → Cation resin tank → Anion resin tank → Pure water tank → Mixed bed resin tank → UV sterilizer → Filter → Ultrapure water
Main Functions
Activated carbon tank, filter – Rough treatment: remove particulate impurities from raw water.
Control valve backwashing – Clean accumulated impurities to maintain equipment performance.
Cation & anion resin tanks – Remove salts through ion exchange (demineralization).
Resin regeneration – Use acid and alkali solutions to regenerate the resins, restoring their exchange capacity.
Mixed bed resin tank – Remove trace ions from water to achieve ultrapure water quality.
UV sterilizer – Disinfect and sterilize the produced water.
Conductivity/resistivity meters – Enable multi-point water quality monitoring.
Safety Facilities
Overload protection – Electrical overload protection is installed in the main control panel.
Pump protection – Fault alarms are provided for pumps.
Pressure protection – The system is equipped with pressure switches.
Emergency stop protection – An emergency stop switch is installed on the equipment.
Liquid level protection – Level protection is provided for the raw water tank and pure water tank.
Water quality protection – Real-time multi-point water quality monitoring ensures water safety.
