Process Flow

    Raw water tank → Activated carbon tank → Filter → Cation resin tank → Anion resin tank → Pure water tank → Mixed bed resin tank → UV sterilizer → Filter → Ultrapure water

Main Functions

• Activated carbon tank, filter – Rough treatment: remove particulate impurities from raw water.

• Control valve backwashing – Clean accumulated impurities to maintain equipment performance.

• Cation & anion resin tanks – Remove salts through ion exchange (demineralization).

• Resin regeneration – Use acid and alkali solutions to regenerate the resins, restoring their exchange capacity.

• Mixed bed resin tank – Remove trace ions from water to achieve ultrapure water quality.

• UV sterilizer – Disinfect and sterilize the produced water.

• Conductivity/resistivity meters – Enable multi-point water quality monitoring.

Safety Facilities

• Overload protection – Electrical overload protection is installed in the main control panel.

• Pump protection – Fault alarms are provided for pumps.

• Pressure protection – The system is equipped with pressure switches.

• Emergency stop protection – An emergency stop switch is installed on the equipment.

• Liquid level protection – Level protection is provided for the raw water tank and pure water tank.

• Water quality protection – Real-time multi-point water quality monitoring ensures water safety.
