Job Requirements

    Position Summary
    Responsible for market development, customer acquisition, and sales of the company's ultrasonic cleaning equipment and fully automatic cleaning production lines. Serve clients in industries such as electronics, auto parts, optics, molds, and semiconductors. Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships for long-term cooperation.

    Key Responsibilities
    1.Develop new customers, maintain existing accounts, and leverage end‑user and distributor resources to achieve individual sales targets.
    2.Respond to customer requirements by providing equipment selection, solution customization, quotation, and other pre‑sales services, and address product/technical inquiries.
    3.Follow up the entire order process – negotiation, contract signing, delivery, and payment collection – coordinate internal teams to execute projects, and manage order risks.
    4.Maintain existing customers, generate repeat orders and referrals, regularly collect market trends and competitor information, and provide feedback on customer needs.

    Qualifications
    1.High school diploma or above. Experience in industrial equipment or automation equipment sales is preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates may receive paid training.
    2.Basic communication, negotiation, and market development skills; strong learning ability to quickly master products and industry applications.
    3.Goal‑oriented, resilient under pressure, willing to pursue high earnings, honest and trustworthy, and able to adapt to short‑distance travel.
    4.Candidates with existing customer resources in the cleaning equipment industry will be given priority.

Electrical Engineer

Job Requirements

    Key Responsibilities
    1.Design, program, debug, and optimize program solutions for ultrasonic automatic cleaning lines and hydrocarbon cleaning automation equipment.
    2.Follow up on equipment assembly, on‑site debugging, and rectification; resolve program faults and automation anomalies during equipment operation.
    3.Collaborate with mechanical engineers on equipment function iteration and process upgrades, optimize equipment operation logic and automation processes, and ensure stable, efficient, mass‑production operation.

    Qualifications
    1.Associate degree or above in Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field; 3–5 years of experience in programming non‑standard automation equipment.
    2.Familiar with the control logic of automatic cleaning lines; experience in programming and debugging ultrasonic cleaning lines or hydrocarbon cleaning equipment is preferred.
    3.Proficient in mainstream PLC, HMI, servo control programming and debugging; strong knowledge of automation equipment program architecture.
    4.Familiar with the production and debugging process of non‑standard equipment; able to independently handle program development, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
    5.Rigorous and down‑to‑earth working attitude; strong on‑site problem‑solving skills, and good team collaboration and communication abilities.

    Work Information
    1.Location: Jiangmen, Guangdong
    2.Working hours: Standard 5‑day work week; regular schedule

Assistant Mechanical Engineer

Job Requirements

    Key Responsibilities
    1.Assist mechanical engineers in mechanical structure design, drawing, component selection, and BOM preparation for ultrasonic cleaners and fully automatic cleaning lines.
    2.Follow up the entire process of production, assembly, and debugging; help resolve mechanical issues during manufacturing and assembly to ensure smooth equipment delivery.
    3.Organize and archive mechanical drawings, technical parameters, process documents, and other materials to maintain standardized technical documentation.
    4.Support sales and after‑sales teams with technical inquiries, solution optimization, on‑site debugging assistance, and other technical support.
    5.Follow up on equipment iteration and optimization; assist in improving equipment structure, reducing production costs, and enhancing operational stability.

    Qualifications
    1.Associate degree or above in Mechanical Design, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields. Open to fresh graduates, interns, or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
    2.Proficient in CAD, SolidWorks, or similar drawing software; able to independently create mechanical drawings; familiar with common mechanical parts and material selection.
    3.Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly processes; strong ability to read and review drawings. Experience in automation equipment or cleaning equipment industry is preferred.
    4.Diligent, responsible, strong learning ability, and team‑oriented. Able to assist with on‑site debugging and short‑term travel.
    5.No experience required for fresh graduates – willingness to grow in the mechanical equipment industry is essential.

    Compensation & Benefits
    1.Salary: 7,000+ RMB/month, negotiable based on ability. Seniority bonus + project bonus + year‑end performance pay. Fast salary growth with skill improvement.

Workshop Grinding/Polishing Technician / Apprentice

Job Requirements

    Key Responsibilities
    1.Perform grinding, polishing, deburring, and rust removal on sheet metal, frames, housings, and metal parts of ultrasonic cleaning equipment to ensure a smooth, flawless surface finish.
    2.Follow process standards and quality requirements to control grinding precision and appearance quality, meeting factory shipping standards.
    3.Proficient in using grinders, polishers, sanders, and related tools; perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment.
    4.Comply with workshop production arrangements, support production schedules, complete daily grinding tasks on time, and keep the workstation clean and organized.
    5.Apprentices will learn the full range of grinding and polishing processes from senior technicians, become familiar with sheet metal grinding standards, and gradually work independently.

    Qualifications
    1.For Experienced Technicians:At least 1 year of experience in grinding/polishing sheet metal, frames, or metal parts; familiar with workshop grinding processes and quality control.
    2.For Apprentices: No experience required; age 18–45; hardworking, willing to follow instructions, eager to learn a trade – fully paid on‑job training provided.
    3.Good health, able to work in a regular workshop environment; careful, meticulous, and responsible.
    4.Experience with mechanical equipment or sheet metal housing grinding/polishing is preferred.

    Compensation & Benefits
    1.Salary:Apprentice: 4,000–5,500 RMB/month
    2.Skilled technician: 5,500–8,000 RMB/month
    3.Higher pay for higher output; performance bonus, perfect attendance bonus, year‑end benefits.
    4.Insurance & Leave: Five social insurances upon onboarding; statutory holidays, paid leave, and other standard benefits.
