The Kan-Pacific KG Series high-frequency ultrasonic generators offer a full range of features to meet all precision cleaning requirements. Suitable for use in simple cleaning tanks or fully integrated cleaning systems. The KG Series will deliver precise cleaning quickly, consistently, and cost-effectively. KG-Series

Key Advantages 

Small Particle Removal – High-frequency ultrasound has been proven to be very effective for removing small particles.

Reduced Damage – High-frequency ultrasound delivers effective cleaning while reducing the potential damage that can occur with conventional ultrasound.

True Variable Power Control – Enables cavitation intensity adjustment from 0% to 100%, matching power to the application. Power is controlled via amplitude, ensuring a consistent and safe process. Power can be controlled manually or via PLC. A bright LED display indicates the selected power level.

Single Transducer Design – Ensures flexibility for system changes at any time.

Frequency Sweeping – Allows process engineers to use frequency sweeping to eliminate standing waves and improve the distribution of ultrasonic activity.

Line/Load Regulation – Compensates for fluid level and temperature changes, as well as line voltage and load variations. Variations are kept below 3%, ensuring very consistent cleaning.
