Sample Cleaning Test

🔹 The actual cleaning performance of ultrasonic cleaning equipment is influenced by factors such as the material of the workpiece, the type of oil contamination, the complexity of the structure, the type of cleaning agent, the process flow and the operating parameters. To assist customers in selecting the appropriate model and process, we offer a free sample testing service.

🔹 KAN-PACIFIC has over thirty years of experience in the ultrasonic cleaning industry. At our production base in Jiangmen, Guangdong, we maintain a range of test units for cleaning samples. Simply send us the samples you wish to have cleaned, and upon receipt, we will conduct practical tests using our equipment in accordance with your cleaning requirements (such as degreasing, rust removal, wax removal, dust removal and target throughput). We will also record before-and-after comparison videos to clearly demonstrate the cleaning results and cycle times.

🔹 Once the trial wash is complete, we will use the results to recommend the most suitable machine model and process solution for you. This allows you to ‘see for yourself’ before making a purchase, thereby avoiding any mistakes in your selection.
